Sicurezza e Ambiente S.p.A. has obtained all the requisite registrations, permits, authorisations and qualifications, under the applicable statutory provisions, as detailed hereinbelow, as a result of which we are fully qualified to operate. In this respect, we:

-       are registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Rome, since 13/10/2006 (with REA No. 1144398), for road maintenance coordination and management activities, aimed at returning highways to normal safe operation, in the wake of road incidents/accidents, and for the environmental clearing, cleaning and recovery of contaminated sites;

-       are registered with the so-called Albo Nazionale dei Gestori Ambientali (National Register of Environnental Management Companies) for Category 9, relating to the “cleaning of contaminated sites”, in pursuance of article 8 of Decree No. 406 issued by the Ministry of the Environment on 28/04/1998;

-       are registered with the so-called Albo Nazionale dei Gestori Ambientali (National Register of Environnental Management Companies) for the Category relating to the “transport of waste materials, on our own account”, in pursuance of article 212(8) of the Environmental Code (see Legislative Decree 152/2006);

-       conform with the new Waste Tracking System SISTRI, pursuant to the Departmental Decree of 17 December 2009, issued by the Ministry of the Environment;

-       are SOA certified, with respect to categories OG3 – class IV – and OS12 – class I, due to the fact that we possess the specific requirements for carrying out road maintenance works.
